This is a great intro to an air fryer. The recipes are pretty basic, but doable for a newbie to this machine. Just a note: I have never seen Peri Peri sauce in any grocery store in the Southeast U.S.and really don't know it's flavor to find a substitute, so I can't use that recipe. This book has given me more confidence to use the air fryer I got for Christmas. I also liked the the information regarding how to take care and clean the fryer.

Pretty easy to read and understand the how to use.
Has some good information with some calories included but I really just couldn't get into it because of the format. It read like a book...When I was flipping through it I thought I had missed all the recipes because the ingredients were not in the usual "List" format. By far---not my favorite!!
