I just finished all three parts of The Baxters...I must say the author blew my mind totally (in a good way). For a novice writer, the series was incredibly well done and so much fun to read! I enjoyed the time I spent with the Baxter family and all their friends! Polyandry is not an easy subject to write about and definitely not to every reader's taste, but the author wrote it beautifully and with sensitivity. I am so pleased that I took a chance on this series and look forward with great anticipation to reading other stories that she has written! Our Angel is book 3, you need to have read the first 2 before this one. I absolutely loved this series. Jaimie, Kevin and Mitch are still here along with their kids and the rest of their family. Ben steps up to be a major role in this book. They are still trying to find out who is after Mitch. More of their friends have betrayed them but the rest of the group are so loyal to them. They are not like friends but family!! I really hated to see this end, I was hoping there would be more, I just loved them so much.

You can't help but love all the characters. There is a great story line and just overall very interesting aspects. And it goes without saying that the relationship with the guys is off the charts. I read the three Baxter books after reading the MC books which were also excellent.
Just finished reading all 3 books and absolutely loved them. I miss M,J,K,B, all the kids and their families so much. I hope there is more books to come. This author is new to me and I am so glad I was given the first book to read and then I had to get the others. I am going to read more books from her. Everybody needs to read this series. I wish we could all be like Mitch and the world would be a better place.
Very enjoyable. I did feel like the author jumped the shark with the Ben thing, but it certainly didn't change that I read the whole book and will read the next one.
2/10/18 While I maintain that the author Jumped The Shark with the Ben/Mitch coupling, I just finished a re-read so am giving 5*.
A committed polyandry ménage story, steamy with some light BDSM.
The story prick's up 5 years after the last. Mitch is enjoying raising her children, being with her family and friends and coming up with ways to make peoples lives better. She is still being targeted. Her guys end 1 threat only for another to take its place. Mitch is badly injured by one of their own. Team members are seriously injured protecting heart from another kidnapping attempt. Kevin is seriously injured rescuing Mia from a kidnapping when they were unable to get to Mitch. The betrayals keep coming, from long time trusted brothers in arms, to best friends, to the worst of all, family. All is not turmoil. The children are thriving. Friends are starting families. Their community is growing. Mitch continues to find ways to make things better. The Baxter family grows by one more when Ben steps out of the shadows as Mitch's visitor and becomes her husband and another father to the children.
Loved this story. Hope to see more of the Baxter family and their friends. Cloud really got burned. I hope he finds his happily ever after.
Difficult to understand. Illiteracy issues -- no commas or semi-colons whre needed. WAY to many pronouns making it impossible to know who is speaking and who is commenting. Sometimes, it is so bad you must go back several pages to find who is speaking or about whom is being spoken -- beyond he or she. A very good story after you have read the whole series repeatedly enough that things can be kept straight.
